With a stainless steel exterior and polyurethane insulation, the True TUC-93D-2~SPEC3 refrigerator includes lockable stem castors measuring 5 inches in diameter and a work surface height of 36 inches. The capillary tube system is factory engineered, uses R134A refrigerant, and its large fan blades power a low-velocity, high-volume airflow pattern. The epoxy-coated, sealed evaporator self-lubricates to ensure fast temperature recovery and short run times in busy environments. The sliding condensing unit is accessible behind the front grille for simple cleaning. The high-horsepower, extra-large coil and the large condenser maintain cabinet temperatures between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit, and this level can be adjusted by the operator to their specified level.

To improve performance, the condensing fan motor eliminates settled debris from the condensing coil by reversing for 20 seconds when the compressor starts up. A clean condensing coil surface enables it to cool products with less energy, and it can help lengthen the unit’s lifespan. Though effective, this mechanism works best when paired with routine preventive maintenance.
