The True TUC-27F-HC~SPEC3 Spec Series® undercounter freezer operates at -10 degrees Fahrenheit and maintains this level with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, which is a more eco-friendly alternative to traditional options. If the system has an issue, the condenser is accessible from the back for servicing with a convenient slide-out design.
Each time the compressor starts up, the condensing fan motor automatically blows in reverse to remove buildup from the condensing coil's surface. With a consistently clean surface, the coil can keep products cool, use less energy, and help increase the unit's lifespan. To ensure the coil is operating correctly, users should practice preventive maintenance for the coil and its correlating components.
Measuring 34 inches tall, this TUC-27F-HC~SPEC3 undercounter freezer is compliant with ADA requirements, and its 3-inch-diameter stem castors provide mobility. Its two PVC-coated wire shelves have gaps that promote air circulation, and users can adjust them to accommodate different items. Because the door self-closes, it retains cold air, and past 90 degrees, the door stays open so operators can load and unload the cabinet. The magnetic door gasket does not require tools for removal, streamlining the cleaning process.
