True TUC-27D-2-HC ADA 27" W Undercounter Refrigerator w/ (1) Section & (2) Drawers, 115v

Each of the two drawer sections in this True TUC-27D-2-HC undercounter refrigerator can hold a full-size food pan that measures 12 inches long by 20 inches wide by 6 inches deep. These drawers can also hold various pan combinations with pan divider bars, but any pans and divider bars must be purchased separately. For durability, the unit's exterior is mostly made of stainless steel, and its back is GalFan-coated steel. The drawer liner, slides, and rollers are also made from stainless steel for sturdiness. Because they are foamed in place with a sheet metal interlock, the 12-inch recessed handles are permanent and provide a comfortable grip when opening and closing.

Set by the operator, temperatures range from 33 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit and are kept cold with eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. Less energy is consumed and less heat is produced as the evaporator and condenser fans create a consistent airflow. Because the condensing unit slides out from the back of the cabinet, users can quickly access it for maintenance and cleaning. This True TUC-27D-2-HC undercounter refrigerator is fully insulated with polyurethane foam to trap cold air inside, and gaskets prevent cold air from leaking out of the drawers.

Each time the compressor starts up, the fan motor runs in reverse for 20 seconds to blow dust and dirt off the condensing coil. This self-cleaning function reduces energy consumption as well as necessary labor while lengthening the overall lifespan of the unit. For optimal performance, however, routine preventive maintenance is still required.
