True Refrigeration TSSU-72-15M-B-HC ADA Description
The True TSSU-72-15M-B-HC mega-top food prep table has six shelves that are adjustable in 1⁄2-in. increments. Because it is raised to a height of 34 inches by its 3-inch-diameter stem castors, this unit is ADA compliant. It comes with 15 sixth-size food pans, and its removable, foam-insulated lids and hood are made of stainless steel. This design keeps pan temperatures cold, locks in freshness, minimizes condensation, and facilitates cleanup.
The True TSSU-72-15M-B-HC ADA-compliant prep table includes a full-length, 8 7⁄8-inch-deep cutting board constructed of white polyethylene. Its pans and cabinet interior are cooled by a forced-air refrigeration system that holds operator-set temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. The self-contained capillary tube system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. Upon the compressor fan motor's start up, it reverses for 20 seconds to blow debris off the condenser coil, promoting efficient operation with minimized energy use. Although this automatic cleaning feature prolongs the unit's lifespan, it doesn't replace the need for routine preventative maintenance. Except for a steel back coated in GalFan, the exterior of this unit is made of stainless steel, while the interior is composed of an aluminum liner and a stainless steel floor.
