True TSSU-48-15M-B-HC ADA 48" TSSU Series Mega Top Sandwich/Salad Prep Table w/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

The True TSSU-48-15M-B-HC prep table is ADA compliant with a 34-inch working height, and the refrigerated food pan compartment holds 15 sixth-size pans. Other combinations and pan sizes can also be used with the appropriate adapter bars, though these additional pans and bars are sold separately. To keep pan contents fresh, a lid protects them, and additional counter space rests beside the food pans for sauces and seasonings. Sandwiches and salads can be created by moving them down the cutting board, and this removable board is constructed of white polyethylene, so it can be wiped down for cleaning.

Its bottom hosts refrigerated storage space, and two swing doors provide access to the cabinet. These doors close by themselves if opened less than 90 degrees, preventing them from accidentally being left open, and they stay open past 90 degrees so employees can stock the cabinet. Items can be stored on the four adjustable shelves and on the interior floor, which is rust resistant and has rounded corners to ease cleaning. The rest of the interior is covered in clear-coated aluminum.

A factory-balanced refrigeration system maintains food-safe temperatures that can be set between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Its large evaporator fan and guided airflow system ensure temperatures remain even throughout the cabinet and across the pans. Each time the compressor turns on, the condensing fan motor blows in reverse to clean the condensing coil. When dirt, dust, and debris is removed from the coil, the unit runs more efficiently using less energy. To improve product temperature and extend the unit's life, routine maintenance should be regularly implemented. To speed up maintenance time, the True TSSU-48-15M-B-HC has a condenser unit that slides out from the back.
