The True TSSU-48-12M-B-HC food prep table comes with 12 sixth-size polycarbonate food pans that are on the left side of the table, leaving a work space on the right side. The front, top, sides, doors, lid, and hood are all made of stainless steel, and the hood and lid are insulated to maximize energy efficiency. The self-closing doors stay open when pushed to 90 degrees. Each door has a 12-inch recessed handle for effortless operation.

This True TSSU-48-12M-B-HC food prep table is designed for swift cleaning, with interior coved corners and a removable polyethylene cutting board. The lid and hood are also removable for cleaning, and the interior is lined with clear-coated aluminum that resists corrosion. The refrigeration system features a sealed, self-lubricating fan motor, an epoxy-coated evaporator for durability, and a condenser that can be removed for service. This unit uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to keep temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit.

Improving the unit's function, the condensing fan motor reverses for 20 seconds each time the compressor starts, reducing the buildup of dust and debris from the condensing coil. When the coil is kept clean, the unit's life is extended, less energy is consumed, and product temperatures are enhanced. This feature doesn't replace the need for frequent preventative maintenance.
