True Refrigeration TSSU-27-12M-C-HC Description
The True TSSU-27-12M-C-HC prep table has a refrigerated base with a self-contained refrigeration system that is accessible from the rear for maintenance, and corrosion is resisted because the evaporator is coated in epoxy. Its set cold temperature—ranging from 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit—is maintained by R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant in the capillary tube system. Cold air is evenly distributed throughout the cabinet and pan compartment by the evaporator fan motor and fan blades.
When the condensing coil is kept clean, this unit runs at peak efficiency. To ensure it stays clean, it operates with an automatic reverse condensing fan motor that blows dust off the coil. For best results, employees should implement preventative maintenance regularly.
Constructed of stainless steel, this unit's exterior is durable, and its foam-insulated lid protects the 12 sixth-size pans in the top cutout, keeping cold air over them. Pizzas, salads, sandwiches, and ingredients can be prepared on the polyethylene cutting board, and additional products can be stored in the base of the True TSSU-27-12M-C-HC prep table on two PVC-coated shelves. Because the door stays open past 90 degrees, loading and unloading items is streamlined.
