True Refrigeration TS-72-HC Description
For durability, the True TS-72-HC three-section reach-in refrigerator has a stainless steel exterior with a GalFan-coated steel back and interior. All three self-closing doors are equipped with 12-inch-long recessed handles that are permanently attached to prevent damage. Mounted above the doors, a rocker switch activates the safety-shielded interior lighting. Product sits on nine PVC-coated wire shelves that are adjustable to accommodate various products.
This True TS-72-HC reach-in refrigerator has a self-contained, capillary tube refrigeration system that uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to maintain a set temperature from 33 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit. Because of its bottom-mounted condensing unit, extra storage space on top of the unit is available. Consistent airflow is provided by the electronically commutated condenser and evaporator fan motors.
When the unit's compressor is turned on, the condensing fan motor directs air in an opposite direction for 20 seconds to help remove collection of dirt and debris on the condensing coil. With daily cleaning, the coil can operate more efficiently, keeping products cool and lengthening the unit's lifespan overall. Users should continue to incorporate preventive maintenance practices to user the coil is operating correctly.
