The True STR1RRI-1S-HC one-section roll-in refrigerator can hold a 27-inch by 29-inch by 66-inch rack. Employees can load these racks on the stainless steel door ramp, and bumpers in the unit protect the walls from damage. Incandescent lighting ensures stored items are clearly visible inside the cabinet, while the door is solid and constructed of durable stainless steel. Since the door self-closes, it retains cold air, though it also stays open when users are loading racks.
Temperatures in the True STR1RRI-1S-HC single-section roll-in refrigerator can be set on a level between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit, which operators can keep track of on the exterior display. Cold air in the unit is moved around by large fan blades, ensuring the unit cools down quickly. Mounted on the top of the unit, the refrigeration system maximizes capacity with an evaporator out of the food zone.
