Because the True TGM-DZ-59-SC/SC-B-W full-service baker case features a dual-zone design, it's ideal for storing dry products in one section and cold products in the other. The self-contained capillary system produces R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to maintain standard cabinet temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit; its layer of high-density polyurethane insulation helps lock in cold temperatures. For maintenance or cleaning, the condenser is safe to remove, and it also features reversible fan motors to expel dust and other particles. When assembled, it measures 59 1⁄4 inches wide by 39 inches deep by 49 1⁄8 inches high.
The True Refrigeration TGM-DZ-59-SC/SC-B-W display case keeps all held products visible using a fixed curved glass front and LED lighting system. Its interior is composed of four levels with three levels that hold six total adjustable PVC-coated wire shelves. When these shelves are installed, they can hold a total of six 18-inch-long by 26-inch-deep display pans and eight 12-inch-long by 18-inch-deep display pans. Its cover and front panels are made of aluminum, while its sides are also supported with solid panels of wood. To give it a sleek, clean look that hides dents and scratches it flaunts a black exterior and white interior.
