Meant for storing and displaying pastries and cookies, the True TGM-DC-77-SC/SC-W-W non-refrigerated display case has an interior composed of three tiers of adjustable wire shelves wrapped in PVC for rust and corrosion resistance. For user convenience, and to maximize interior space, it ships with six shelves. Once assembled, it can hold eight display pans measuring 18 inches long by 26 inches deep and (12) pans measuring 12 inches long by 18 inches deep. Overall, this unit measures 77 1⁄4 inches long by 39 inches deep by 49 1⁄8 inches high.
To give the True TGM-DC-77-SC/SC-W-W bakery case an elegant yet simple look, it features a white powder coating along its interior and exterior. Beneath that coating is a durable aluminum cover and front panels with solid wood sides. The interior is constructed of solid rolled steel; because it's non-refrigerated, it features a layer of foamed-in polyurethane insulation to keep the interior from being overly impacted by ambient temperatures. Customers can see exactly what products they want through its curved glass front and LED lighting system, and employees can quickly retrieve a requested item through its rear sliding glass doors.
