Designed to hold up eight 18-inch-long by 26-inch-deep display pans alongside (12) 12-inch-long by 18-inch-deep display pans, the True TGM-DC-77-SC/SC-S-W bakery case is an elegant solution for displaying donuts, scones, macaroons, and other goods that don't need to be refrigerated. It measures 77 1⁄4 inches wide by 39 inches deep by 49 1⁄8 inches high and utilizes three tiers to hold six PVC-coated wire shelves that can be adjusted to fit various pastries; in total there are four display tiers. Customers can gaze inside utilizing its curved glass front, and operators can retrieve products with its rear sliding glass doors using the 12-inch handles.
The True TGM-DC-77-SC/SC full-service bakery display case is unrefrigerated, creating a dry environment that limits the impact of ambient temperatures using high-density polyurethane insulation. While the exterior's front panels and cover are made of aluminum, the sides are constructed of wood. The interior cabinet is constructed of rolled steel to reduce the appearance of wear over time, and for more modern bakery settings, this unit flaunts a stainless silver exterior and white interior. To ensure customers can clearly see what products are for sale, its interior is lined with LED lights.
