The True TGM-DC-59-SC/SC-W-W full-service bakery case features a dry non-refrigerated interior that's ideal for displaying donuts and other pastries that don't need to be kept cold. Its curved glass combined with its LED interior lighting allows customers to quickly inspect products. In addition to its front, its back features two rear-sliding glass doors that workers can use to retrieve requested products. The whole cabinet features a white powder-coating wrapping, giving it an elegant and clean look. To protect it against exterior damage, it utilizes a steel frame complimented with solid wood sides and aluminum plating for added durability.
Overall, the True TGM-DC-59-SC/SC-W-W measures 59 1⁄4 inches wide by 39 inches deep by 49 1⁄8 inches high, allowing its interior to support three shelving tiers. It comes with six adjustable PVC-coated wire shelves for protection against corrosion, and once set up, the cabinet can hold six 18-inch-long by 26-inch-deep display pans and eight 12-inch-long by 18-inch-deep display pans.
