The True TGM-DC-59-SC/SC-S-W full-service dry bakery case can house six PVC-coated wire shelves. Once installed, each shelf can hold a maximum weight of 150 pounds—ideal for holding large display pans of bagels, muffins, cookies, eclairs, and other baked goods. For stocking purposes, users can employ the use of the two rear-sliding glass doors to access the cabinet interior. Because each door is supplied with a 12-inch recessed handle, they're comfortable to open or close. While the curved front glass elevates the display of the pastries, the LED lighting highlights each separate selection.
