True Refrigeration STG2HRT-2S-2S Description
Since it has a roll-thru design, this True STG2HRT-2S-2S Spec Series® two-section heated cabinet has four ramps—one for each door—that enable carts and racks to be rolled through, connecting the front of house to the back of house. Its stainless steel and aluminum construction resists corrosion and dents, and for structure, its walls are foamed with polyurethane insulation. Interior bumpers protect the walls from dents and scratches caused by racks and carts.
Incandescent lighting brightens the interior, while each of the four stainless steel doors have one-piece magnetic gaskets to prevent warm air from seeping out. All doors close on their own to conserve energy, stay open past 120 degrees, have metal handles, and have bolt-style locks to protect contents. This True STG2HRT-2S-2S roll-thru heated holding cabinet keeps baked and cooked food warm with two stainless steel heating elements that uniformly generate heat, keeping temperatures at a set level between 140 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit. Low-velocity fans evenly distribute warm air around the cabinet, and a top vent can be adjusted to control humidity levels.
