True Refrigeration TDM-DC-77-GE/GE-S-W Description
This True TDM-DC-77-GE/GE-S-W dry bakery case has a curved front panel and side panels that are constructed of tempered, single-pane glass. The front lifts up and open to facilitate cleaning, while LED lighting provides clear interior visibility. To withstand dents and scratches, its interior is coated with white powder, and its stainless steel exterior resists corrosion. All walls are foamed with polyurethane insulation for structure.
Two doors in the back of this True TDM-DC-77-GE/GE-S-W bakery display case glide on a stainless steel channel with bearings, providing access for stocking and serving. Fitted with 12-inch-long handles, both doors open to reveal three PVC-coated wire shelves that support 150 pounds of product each. This display case can hold a variety of food pans, which are sold separately.
