Federal CGD7748 Description
Ideal for bagels, muffins, scones, and bread, the Federal CGD7748 bakery case is a full-service, non-refrigerated unit with a curved glass front that provides an uninhibited view of contents. To further enhance presentation, it's fitted with LED lights along its top and shelves, encouraging impulse purchases. The scratch- and rust-resistant display deck is vented to prevent a buildup of heat from the lights. To accommodate a variety of baked goods, this unit is divided into four levels with three white wire shelves that can be adjusted, tilted, and removed.
To provide lasting durability in high-capacity bakeries and grocery stores, the Federal CGD7748 display case features a durable steel base. Its black exterior matches existing equipment and decor, while the white interior creates a sleek, clean look that showcases vibrant desserts. This unit is mounted on adjustable leg levelers to account for uneven or sloped flooring. It can hold (16) 18-inch by 26-inch bakery pans and measures 77 13⁄100 inches wide by 35 31⁄100 inches deep by 48 inches high.
