True Refrigeration TDM-DC-48-GE/GE-B-W Description
This True TDM-DC-48-GE/GE-B-W dry bakery case has two sliding glass doors in the back for stocking product on three PVC-coated wire shelves. Each shelf can hold 150 pounds and is illuminated by LED lights. The sliding doors have 12-inch handles and ride on stainless steel channels with bearings for smooth operation.
Its exterior is black powder coated, and its interior is white powder coated. For structure, the walls are foamed with polyurethane insulation. This True TDM-DC-48-GE/GE-B-W bakery display case has a curved front panel and side panels constructed of single-pane, tempered glass. The front glass opens upward to provide access for cleaning, and its steel frame rail has leg levelers to keep the unit stable.
- Accepts (4) 18-in. W x 26-in. D pans, (2) 9-in. W x 26-in. D pans, and (6) 12-in. W x 18-in. D pans (sold separately)
