Federal CGD5048 Description
To display cookies, muffins, scones, pastries, and other fresh-baked goods, the Federal CGD5048 bakery case is a full-service unit divided into four levels. It's built with a tempered glass front, ends, and doors to resist breakage and enhance the display. To further improve product visibility and boost impulse purchases, its top and three shelves are lined with LED lights. For tall, multi-layered cakes, these shelves can be adjusted or removed, and they can be tilted in one of three positions for cookie or doughnut displays. This standalone bakery case measures 50 13⁄100 inches wide by 35 31⁄100 inches deep by 48 inches high and can hold eight 18-inch by 26-inch pans and four 9-inch by 26-inch pans. To maintain stability on sloped or irregular flooring, it's equipped with adjustable leg levelers.
The Federal CGD5048 display case is a non-refrigerated model sporting a curved glass front that tilts out to simplify cleaning. For durability, the unit's base is made of durable steel. A corrosion- and scratch-resistant white display deck elevates products on the bottom tier and is vented to reduce heat buildup from the lights. The interior and wire shelves are also white to highlight vibrant baked goods, while the black exterior and trim complement existing decor and equipment.
