Featuring a curved, insulated glass front and stainless steel exterior, the True Refrigeration TCGG-36-S-HC-LD full-service deli case is designed to showcase chilled meats, cheeses, and prepared foods in a clean, professional display. This unit includes three levels of merchandising space—one cabinet base and two lighted, adjustable wire shelves. The shelves are PVC coated and cantilevered, offering adjustable angles to accommodate varying product heights. Bright LED lighting with low UV output improves product appearance and visibility while supporting shelf life preservation.
To maintain a temperature range of 38 to 40 degrees F, the True Refrigeration TCGG-36-S-HC-LD deli case operates with a self-contained gravity coil refrigeration system that uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a capillary tube design. The cabinet is fully insulated and includes stainless steel interior components with coved floor corners for simplified cleaning. Rear access is provided by two self-closing sliding doors made of tempered, thermal-insulated glass. The refrigeration system is mounted at the rear and is fully slide-out for service access, while an automatic defrost system ensures dependable operation over time.
