True Refrigeration STA2RRI89-2S-HC Description
Since the True STA2RRI89-2S-HC Spec Series® two-section roll-in refrigerator has a top-mount refrigeration system, it does not take in as much debris as a bottom-mount unit, but this location is hard to reach for maintenance. To hold cool temperatures, R134A refrigerant flows through a self-contained capillary tube system. The internal temperature is monitored with an external display, and operators can set a temperature between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit. Cool air is evenly distributed by evaporator fan motors.
Made of stainless steel, the cabinet's exterior withstands heavy use, and its two solid stainless steel doors are fitted with handles and bolt-style locks. Magnetic gaskets around the door frames prevent cold-air leaks, and the aluminum interior is protected from damage with bumpers. Cleanup is quick since the floor is made of stainless steel. For structure and temperature retention, the True STA2RRI89-2S-HC roll-in refrigerator has polyurethane insulation.
