Its dual doors open to an interior sporting six adjustable shelves and an LED lighting system that illuminates its contents. To reduce the risk of product spoiling, its doors are self-closing and their magnetic gaskets ensure it seals tightly. The unit measures 54 1⁄8 inches wide by 31 1⁄8 inches deep by 83 3⁄8 inches high and rests on a series of castors for simplified transportation.
To ensure the unit maintains an ideal temperature range between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit, the True Refrigeration T-49-HC reach-in refrigerator operates with R290—an environmentally friendly hydrocarbon refrigerant—delivered through a self-contained capillary tube system to maximize its cooling ability. Both its condenser and fans are powered by electricity, allowing them to operate at a high level of efficiency, and all of its mechanics are bottom mounted for ease of access. So operators can ensure the unit is always operating at an ideal temperature, it comes with a digital thermometer.
