True Refrigeration T-35G-HC~FGD01 Description
The True T-35G-HC~FGD01 two-section reach-in refrigerator has a durable exterior made of stainless steel and anodized aluminum. To ease cleaning, the interior has a stainless steel floor with coved corners, and the cabinet has foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation to help with cold air retention, as well as stability. Two double-pane thermal glass doors provide visibility into the cabinet, while locks come standard to prevent unauthorized access and protect products.
LED interior lights highlight product, and this unit has six adjustable, PVC-coated wire shelves that accommodate varying product sizes. Quick temperature recovery is achieved with a low-velocity, high-volume airflow created by the evaporator fan motor and blades. Temperatures in this refrigerator can be set between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit.
Upon compressor start up, this unit's condensing fan motor blows in a reverse direction for 20 seconds, attempting to reduce collection of dirt and dust on the condensing coil. This mechanism helps with daily operation, elongates coil lifespan, and improve efficiency, but it should not replace general maintenance practices. The True T-35G-HC~FGD01 two-section reach-in refrigerator has a bottom-mounted refrigeration system that is located in one of the coolest areas of the kitchen, ideal for hot kitchens or locations where the unit will be installed near hot equipment.
