True Refrigeration T-23FG-HC~FGD01 Description
This True T-23FG-HC~FGD01 reach-in freezer maintains -10 degrees Fahrenheit with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, which is controlled by a capillary tube system. Large evaporator and condenser fans push high volumes of cold air through the cabinet to consistently cool products, while rear guards keep product out of the way of airflow. An automatic defrost system turns on at a specific time and shuts off at a specific temperature.
This unit's reverse condensing fan motor technology helps clean off buildup from a condensing coil. Over time, dirt, dust, and debris can inhibit coil operation, and this 20-second blowing mechanism can help eliminate damaging collection for improved operation. Despite this mechanism's efficiency, users should continue to practice preventative maintenance on the condensing coil.
This reach-in includes three PVC-coated shelves that are adjustable in 1⁄2-inch increments along cabinet pilasters to accommodate various product sizes. Resisting stains and scratches, the interior of the True T-23FG-HC~FGD01 one-section freezer is finished with a clear coat over aluminum, and stainless steel floors have coved corners to simplify cleanup since debris does not get trapped. To open on the right, the glass door is left hinged.
