This True T-23FG-HC~FGD01 reach-in freezer maintains -10 degrees Fahrenheit with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, which is controlled by a capillary tube system. Large evaporator and condenser fans push high volumes of cold air through the cabinet for consistently cooled products, while rear guards keep product out of the way of airflow. An automatic defrost system turns on at a specific time and shuts off at a specific temperature.

When used in addition to recommended maintenance procedures, the reversing feature of the condenser fan motor lengthens the refrigeration system's lifespan. Every time the motor turns on, it reverses for the first 20 seconds to remove excess debris, dirt, and dust from the condensing coil. Because this component promotes efficient and reliable operation, keeping it clean is integral to overall system function. This self-cleaning feature also minimizes energy consumption and helps to maintain the coldest, most consistent storage temperatures.
