True Refrigeration T-23-1-G-1-HC~FGD01 Description
The True T-23-1-G-1-HC~FGD01 reach-in refrigerator includes a glass-door section and a solid-door section to provide versatile kitchen storage. The glass door section is on top, enabling employees to see where product is and if more is needed. The lower section has a solid stainless steel door, and both doors have magnetic gaskets and close by themselves. The glass door has a 15-inch-long handle, while the solid door has a 12-inch-long handle.
Temperatures range from 33 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit and they are maintained by R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. This refrigerant is released by a capillary tube system when temperature changes are detected in the cabinet. To ensure all product is cooled, fan motors push air around the cabinet evenly. Removing dust, debris, and dirt on a daily basis, the reverse condensing fan motor blows air onto the condensing coil to help improve its efficiency over time. A clean coil can keep products cold for longer periods, and it can work more effectively for longer periods. This mechanism works alongside common preventative maintenance practice. The True T-23-1-G-1-HC~FGD01 refrigerator's floor is made of stainless steel with coved corners for simple cleanup. Its stainless steel and aluminum exterior withstands heavy use.
