These temperatures digitally display on the exterior screen in Fahrenheit or Celsius. Operators control the temperature electronically, and fans move cold air consistently throughout the cabinet. Fan motors are electronically commutated, meaning they save energy and reduce heat production. The unit's compressor fan motor operates in an opposite direction for 20 seconds when the unit is turned on, blowing buildup of dust, dirt, and debris off the condensing coil. With collection removal, the coil can operate more efficiently, better maintaining product temperatures. Despite the motor's effectiveness, its feature should not replace general maintenance.
