True Refrigeration STR2R-2S-HC Description
A two-section reach-in model, the True STR2R-2S-HC Spec Series® refrigerator measures 52 5⁄8 inches wide by 35 1⁄4 inches deep by 83 7⁄8 inches high. Its front, sides, doors, and interior are constructed of stainless steel—a strong, corrosion-resistant metal that supports high-volume use. For additional corrosion defense, its evaporator coil is protected with epoxy. To prevent cold air from leaking out of the cabinet, it's insulated with foamed-in-place, high-density polyurethane.
The True STR2R-2S-HC two-section refrigerator operates with R290 refrigerant—a type of hydrocarbon that's more environmentally friendly than traditional alternatives. It has a temperature holding range of 33 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit, and operators can adjust these levels using precise digital controls. To improve interior visibility, the cabinet is equipped with LED lighting. This unit is mounted on 5-inch castors, enabling operators to transport it as needed for cleaning or service.
