It features a system of self-contained capillary tubes that ensure even temperature distribution; this system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. Electronically commutated evaporator and condenser fans move air at high velocities to maximize air circulation while reducing energy fluctuations. For moisture protection, the evaporator coil is housed away from the food zone and coated with corrosion-resistant epoxy. This refrigeration system generates and maintains temperatures between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit—great for chilling meat, dairy, desserts, and produce. Staff can set these temperatures to readout in Fahrenheit or Celsius using the digital thermostat.

This reach-in refrigerator is designed with two right-hinged, self-closing doors attached via four external cam-lift hinges. Solid metal ergonomic door handles offer a simple route for entry, and for extended interior access, the doors feature an automatic door prop feature when opened to 120 degrees.
