A self-contained capillary tube system holds and controls the flow of the refrigerant. To prevent dust and debris from getting sucked in, the refrigeration system is mounted on top. Its cast iron evaporator fan motors are self-lubricating and sealed, and its large fan blades efficiently recover temperatures.

This refrigerator has a roll-thru design with two heavy-gauge stainless steel ramps that can support rolling carts and racks.
