True Refrigeration STA3R-3S-HC Description
The True STA3R-3S-HC three-section reach-in refrigerator has an electronic control system and external temperature display. This display operates in Fahrenheit or Celsius and shows the range from 33 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit. Since the refrigeration system is top mounted, it does not suck in dirt from the floor like a bottom-mounted system does. This top mount placement also maximizes interior space, though it is harder to reach than a system on the bottom.
Chrome plated wire shelves are durable to encourage airflow that evenly cools products. Each section in the True STA3R-3S-HC three-section reach-in refrigerator has a stainless steel door, which is self-closing to keep cold air contained and has a stay-open feature past 120 degrees for product stocking. Door locks help prevent unauthorized cabinet access, while insulation is foamed in place to retain cold air and increase structural strength. A durable, corrosion-resistant interior is constructed of aluminum with a stainless steel floor and ceiling that simplify cleaning. Most of the exterior is made of stainless steel, so it is durable to withstand heavy use.
