The True GDM-23F-HC~TSL01 one-section display freezer holds products at -10 degrees Fahrenheit, which is ideal for storing and displaying packaged ice cream and frozen foods. With the help of R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, its self-contained refrigeration system maintains freezing temperatures. A consistent volume of air is supplied by the evaporator and condenser motors, which lowers heat production and reduces energy consumption. The fan motor uses a reverse mode at start up for 20 seconds to blow dirt, dust, and debris off the condensing coil. With regular, automatic cleaning on this part, the system operates efficiently without using too much energy. It also maintains consistent product temperatures and prolongs the system's lifespan, but it doesn’t replace existing preventative maintenance recommendations. Keeping the system running properly with less maintenance than manual defrosting systems, the automatic defrost system is time initiated and temperature terminated.

The black laminated-vinyl exterior of this freezer has a non-peel, non-chip powder coating, so the surface is durable and permanent.
