Equipex SAVOY Description
Durable enough for heavy use, the Equipex SAVOY Sodir-Roller panini grill's base is made of rust- and corrosion resistant stainless steel. Its cooking plates are made of cast iron for additional strength, and they're both grooved to create appetizing grill marks on sandwiches or chicken breasts. They distribute heat evenly to ensure uniform cooking, and the unit's counterbalanced top accommodates large, thick items. With precise thermostatic controls, operators can adjust this grill's temperature to 570 degrees Fahrenheit.
To ensure safe operation, the Equipex SAVOY panini press is designed with pilot lights as well as an on/off switch. For thorough cleaning after use, it comes with a grill scraper, and to further simplify cleaning, it features a detachable drip tray that traps and stores runoff until it's emptied. Overall, this unit measures 13 inches wide by 17 inches deep by 22 inches high.
