BKI UW-17 Description
Ideal for convenience stores and bars, the BKI UW-17 dump station can hold a total of 8 pounds of fried goods at a time. It keeps food warm via its convection heating system. To simplify routine cleaning, the dual well pan and divider detach. Staff can simply switch the rock switch to turn the unit off or on; a background system will shut the unit off once it achieves its preset temperature to prevent overheating. A pull-out crumb tray collects particles for later disposal.
