Cres Cor EB-64 Description
The Cres Cor EB-64 heated banquet cart is made of stainless steel—a durable material that will hold up well through repeated use. Providing the strength to handle heavy loads, the frame is welded as one piece, and when it's full, the cart can be moved with ease using the recessed handles. Two of the casters this cabinet is mounted on swivel to increase its ability to maneuver, and if users accidently bang the cabinet into a surrounding wall during transport, it will be kept safe by the bumper situated around its perimeter.
The Cres Cor EB-64 banquet cart has a bottom-mounted heating unit that provides temperatures as high as 200 degrees Fahrenheit. To provide uniform airflow, the four shelves are made of wire, and they are able to accommodate a variety of covered plate sizes for serving. To ensure these plates remain at ideal serving temperatures, the cabinet is fully insulated to trap heat inside.
