Carter-Hoffmann BB48 Description
The Carter-Hoffman BB48 Classic Carter™ banquet cabinet holds (60) 10.5-inch-diameter plates on three shelves that are made of wire, providing airflow that keeps meals hot until they reach guests. To retain heat inside the cabinet, it has fiberglass insulation and a silicone door gasket, while the blower heater evenly moves heat throughout the interior. When maintenance is needed, the bottom-mounted heating system is accessible.
Exterior side handles on this Carter-Hoffman BB48 banquet cart streamline transport on the 6-inch casters. These casters are mounted in an offset pattern that rolls conveniently over uneven surfaces. During transport, the full-perimeter bumper protects the exterior and other surfaces from knocks.
