The Cres Cor CO-151-HUA-6DE half-size cook and hold oven holds six pans on universal slides adjustable at 11⁄2-inch centers and includes three nickel chrome-plated wire grids. Its slow convected air system promotes natural browning and seals in juices, while the ventless design allows for flexible installation without the need for external ventilation. Constructed of stainless steel with smooth interior coved corners, the oven is easy to clean and built for durability. A top-mounted power unit ensures consistent airflow, and an 18-gauage stainless steel worktop provides additional prep space.
Equipped with solid-state process controls and an LED digital display, the Cres Cor CO-151-HUA-6DE oven delivers precise temperature regulation. The field-reversible insulated door with a silicone gasket helps minimize heat loss, and anti-microbial latches enhance food safety during operation and transport. Mounted on 5-inch swivel casters, two with brakes, this mobile unit accommodates up to 120 pounds of food in 6 square feet of floor space, making it ideal for high-volume commercial kitchens.
