Equipped with solid-state process controls and an LED display, the Cres Cor CO-151-H-189DE half-size cook and hold oven ensures precise temperature regulation for consistent results. The unit holds nine full-size 18-in. by 26-in. bun pans on channel pan slides spaced 3 inches apart and includes three chrome-plated wire grids. A slow convected air system enhances natural browning while sealing in moisture, reducing shrinkage by 15 to 20 percent. The ventless design permits flexible installation without the need for costly ventilation.
Constructed of stainless steel, the Cres Cor CO-151-H-189DE cook and hold oven is built for durability and easy cleaning. The field-reversible insulated door features a silicone gasket to minimize heat loss, and anti-microbial latches help prevent contamination during transport and operation. A top-mounted power unit ensures consistent airflow, while 5-in. swivel casters, two with brakes, provide mobility and stability. The oven holds up to 120 pounds of food in 6 square feet of floor space and can be stacked for added flexibility.
