Everest Refrigeration EBR1 Description
The Everest Refrigeration EBR1 reach-in refrigerator features one section that spans 21 cubic feet for storing inventory. The refrigeration system utilizes eco-friendly R290 refrigerant and is self-contained to simplify installation. The system is bottom mounted to maximize the interior space, which is accessed through a hinged, solid steel door. To provide durability and corrosion resistance, this unit has a stainless steel interior and exterior. The interior is fitted with three epoxy-coated steel wire shelves, which can be adjusted using the stainless steel clips.
To maintain cool conditions the Everest Refrigeration EBR1 reach-in refrigerator door has a self-closing design and is equipped with a magnetic door gasket to create a tight seal; to protect shelf items from theft or tampering, the door can be locked between shifts. The interior is adorned with silicone-coated, shatter-proof LED lighting to illuminate the interior and facilitate quick item retrieval. This unit is operated using intuitive digital controls and the LED display, which is mounted to the top front of the unit. With these controls, staff can program temperatures from 33 to 54 degrees Fahrenheit.
