The Everest Refrigeration EBR1 reach-in refrigerator provides 21 cubic feet of refrigerated storage in a one-section configuration suited for commercial kitchens, foodservice operations, and institutional facilities. A bottom-mounted, self-contained Blizzard R290 refrigeration system maintains temperatures between 33 and 54 degrees Fahrenheit, while ECM fan motors support rapid cooling and efficient airflow throughout the cabinet. The refrigerator features a full-length air duct and airflow guard to promote consistent temperature distribution, and its time-initiated, temperature-terminated auto-defrost system supports reliable operation. A detachable condensing unit simplifies maintenance and service when needed.
Built for durability and product security, the Everest Refrigeration reach-in refrigerator features a stainless steel interior and exterior with rounded interior corners to support cleaning and sanitation. The full-height, field-reversible door incorporates 2 1⁄2-inch-thick polyurethane insulation, a self-closing design, a recessed handle, and a factory-installed lock. Inside the cabinet, three epoxy-coated wire shelves with adjustable stainless steel clips support storage flexibility, while LED lighting enhances visibility.
