Outfitted with four 24-inch by 19-inch pizza stones, the Peerless Ovens C131P countertop pizza oven provides 1,824 square inches of cooking surface within a single 24-inch-wide compartment. The chamber accommodates (16) 9-inch or four 18-inch pizzas and includes a pull-down stainless steel door with a horizontal rod handle for operator access. This unit is constructed with a 20-gauge cold-rolled steel top and sides, a 16-gauge base, and an 18-gauge stainless steel front. The removable crumb tray and adjustable legs assist with operation and stability.
The Peerless Ovens C131P oven is equipped with a “PowerPak” burner system and integrated baffle to maintain consistent internal temperatures. Its full-range throttling thermostat supports a temperature range of 300 to 650 degrees Fahrenheit. The unit's aluminized steel lines the interior to resist wear in repeated heating cycles, and the oven’s insulated walls and dedicated venting system reduce exterior heat loss and promote safe use in tight kitchen spaces.
