Designed for compact kitchens, the Peerless Ovens C131P countertop pizza oven uses a 3-cell “PowerPak” burner system paired with an internal baffle to maintain balanced heat across all decks. A full-range throttling thermostat controls temperatures between 300 and 650 degrees Fahrenheit, and the oven’s insulated walls with integrated venting help reduce external heat loss. Its thermocoupled design enables individual component replacement, reducing downtime during maintenance.
The Peerless Ovens C131P oven includes a single compartment fitted with four 24-inch by 19-inch pizza stones, accommodating (16) 9-inch or four 18-inch pizzas and offering 1,824 square inches of total baking surface. Its cabinet features an 18-gauge stainless steel front, cold-rolled steel sides and top, and a 16-gauge steel base. The oven's pull-down stainless steel door with a horizontal rod handle permits one-handed access, and the removable crumb tray streamlines cleaning.
