The Cadco BLS-4FLD-1 convection oven is a full-size oven measuring 31¹⁄₂ inches wide by 35¹⁄₂ inches deep by 19⁵⁄₈ inches high. Made of resilient stainless steel, this unit withstands high-volume use and resists rust and corrosion. Its bottom-hinged door features a heavy-duty design that endures repeated opening and closing, and the unit automatically shuts off for user safety when the door is opened. So staff can monitor browning, the door's cool-touch, double-wall glass door provides a full view of the LED-lighted interior. The unit's 27¹⁄₄-inch-wide by 19-inch-deep by 13¹⁄₄-inch-tall cooking chamber is built with four wire shelves that accommodate four full-size sheet pans (not included).

This convection oven's LED digital controller features programmable time, temperature, and humidity controls to ease startup for frequent recipes. The timer can be set as long as 10 hours, or the oven can run continuously. Temperatures can be modified from 175 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit, while humidity can be adjusted from 0 to 100 percent in 20-percent increments. If a recipe requires a change in heat, fan speed, or steam input throughout cooking, the operator can set 3 baking steps, which automatically adjust oven conditions at certain times. The controller also includes two fan speeds, proofer control, and 99 programs with 12 Quick Access programs. Once settings are adjusted, the oven's unique figure-eight airflow design uniformly heats food, while its reversible fan moves a large volume of air into the cooking chamber. Together, these components evenly and thoroughly bake, warm, roast, or rethermalize food. So employees can discern a completed bake cycle, a light flashes and the oven beeps.

The Cadco BLS-4FLD-1 convection oven is positioned on the included Cadco OST-195-C stand, which measures 31¹⁄₂ inches wide by 27 inches deep by 38 inches high. This sturdy base is made of corrosion-resistant aluminum and features 10 pan slides that accommodate 10 full-size sheet pans. For smooth, quiet transport, it's fitted with four silent casters—two include brakes and two include directional locks.
