Cadco VKII-220 Description
The Cadco VKII-220 VariKwik™ high-speed countertop convection oven has an infrared top heating element, a conduction bottom heating element, and convection technology to accelerate the cooking process. It reaches temperatures as high as 500 degrees Fahrenheit, and the screen flashes and provides an audible alert to notify the operator when a cook cycle ends. A cooking plate is included and measures 14 inches long by 14 inches wide, accommodating 14-inch-diameter pizzas.

I would buy this product over any other speed oven!!
"I was skeptical of this oven at first because of the large price difference between it and other speed ovens like TurboChef. But not wanting to spend the large amount for a TurboChef I decided to give the VariKwik a try. And it was the best decision I've ever made. I can produce pizza in just under 4 minutes that have the crunch and feel of a brick oven! My sandwiches are toasted perfectly and the bread quality is amazing. I wish I would have known about these ovens years ago and could have saved thousands on the TurboChefs I've purchased. If your in need of, or even considering adding a speed oven the VariKwik is the way to go!"
