Cadco VKII-220+ Description
From the VariKwik™ series, the Cadco VKII-220-SS+ fast cooking oven is built of stainless steel for durability and simple cleaning. The interior space spans 0.9 cubic feet and feature LED interior lighting. For convenience, a CrisPlate&trade nonstick cooking plate and an aluminum spatula are provided. The unit can reach a maximum temperature of 500 degrees Fahrenheit.
The Cadco VKII-220-SS+ cooking oven features Tri-Heat™ technology, enabling convection, conduction, and infrared capabilities for versatility in use. Touchscreen controls operate the unit; here, operators can use a USB connection to upload various recipes for a diverse library of options. After a cooking cycle is completed, a light flashes and the unit beeps; if the door is opened during a cycle, the fan will shut off to prevent loss of heat and conserve energy.
