The ICETRO IM-1100-WH Maestro half cube ice machine head is equipped with an ABS antimicrobial interior to prevent bacterial growth and maintain sanitary ice production. The heavy-duty water curtain, pins, and hangers support ice formation, while the removable water distributor tube and sump enable quick servicing without tools. Hinged front doors provide direct access to internal components, and the side and top ventilation system optimizes airflow. The machine’s improved evaporator section reduces airborne contaminants, and the absence of screws on the side or back panels simplifies servicing.
