Designed with a simple diagnostic panel, the ICETRO IM-1100-WC Maestro full cube ice machine head enables operators to monitor system performance and detect maintenance needs. This water-cooled unit features a self-contained condenser and produces up to 1,036 pounds of full cube ice per day under optimal conditions. Its 304 stainless steel exterior helps resist rust and corrosion, while an ABS antimicrobial interior helps prevent bacterial growth. The auto cleaning cycle and adjustable flush time minimize scale buildup.
The ICETRO IM-1100-WC full cube ice machine head is built with a magnetic condenser air filter to simplify maintenance and improve cooling performance. A heavy-duty water curtain, pins, and hangers enhance ice formation, while the water distributor tube and sump can be removed without tools for servicing. The unit's hinged front doors provide quick access to internal components, and the side and top ventilation system helps optimize airflow. Additionally, its improved evaporator section reduces airborne contaminants, and the absence of screws on the side or back panels streamlines maintenance.
