So users can monitor ice production, it features a diagnostic panel that displays operational status.

To withstand high-volume back-of-house use, the ICETRO IM-0550-AH ice maker head is built with a durable, rust-resistant 304 stainless steel exterior. Its ABS plastic interior is treated with an antimicrobial agent that inhibits bacterial and microbial growth between regularly scheduled cleanings while reducing slime accumulation. Staff can flip the unit's cleaning switch to start an automatic cleaning cycle, eliminating time-consuming cleaning tasks. Because the water distributor tube, water sump, water curtain, pins, and hangers can be removed, they can be cleaned or serviced as needed; the hinged front door panel provides direct access to key interior components. Overall, this ice maker measures 30 inches wide by 24⁴⁄₅ inches deep by 22³⁄₅ inches tall and can be used with the ICETRO IB-033 ice storage bin, the ICETRO IB-044 ice storage bin, or the ICETRO IB-M900 ice storage bin (all sold separately).
