ICETRO ICEPRO 500 Description
The ICETRO ICEPRO 500 single cartridge water filtration system filters to 5 micron to minimize odors, sediment, chlorine, and bad taste in the incoming water. For additional purification and reduced corrosion, it includes a high-quality activated carbon filter. Because it's built with Citryne® that controls scale buildup, this system is a complete unit that eliminates the need for additional pre-filtration or scale control units.
The ICETRO ICEPRO 500 water filtration system can withstand incoming water temperatures as high as 100 degrees Fahrenheit and water pressure as high as 125 PSI. This 5 1⁄2-inch-wide by 3 3⁄4-inch-deep by 26-inch-tall piece is compatible with ice machine heads producing as much as 400 pounds of cube ice or 600 pounds of flake ice; it's designed to endure a 2 4⁄5-GPM flow rate. For optimal results, it should be changed every 6 months, and its quick-change design enables it to be removed and switched out in 30 seconds.
