Garland MCO-E-5-C Description
For flexible applications, the five chrome-plated racks in the Garland MCO-E-5-C single convection oven can be adjusted to nine different positions. Chefs can monitor their dishes as they cook due to the thermal window in the door. For staff who must work on multiple foods at once, this unit comes with a 60-minute timer that will alert them when the food is ready. To elevate the oven to a comfortable working height, it includes four-inch legs.
The Garland MCO-E-5-C half-size electric convection oven operates with solid-state temperature controls that can be adjusted between 150 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit depending on cooking needs. To prevent the temperature from rising too high, the oven will shut off before it overheats and the two-speed fan cools it down. To ensure this unit handles heavy use, it has a stainless steel exterior.
